The Wingnut Wing Fokker E.1 was released on 22 October 2013 and includes 141 high quality injection moulded parts.

The kit includes 64 all new parts including the engine, early production Fokker E.1 fuselage and short span wings.

The highly detailed 7 cylinder 80 hp Oberursel U.0 engine includes 19 parts and the kit also includes the option for high and low mounted wings. There are armament options between the Parabellum LMG 14 and lMG 08 "Spandau" machine guns which gives the builder the detail required for a fine diorama.

Adding to the plastic details, the kit includes 21 photo-etched metal detail parts. For the various installation, there are optional propellers and coamings that are supplied with the kit. Fine scale rib tape details really helps to bring out the depth of the wing profiles and the instruction kit includes full rigging diagrams.
