The Guillow's Junkers Ju-87B features laser cut balsa parts and the classic gull-wing shape of the Stuka!

The Junkers JU87B Stuka was a two-man German dive bomber and ground-attack aircraft. Its first combat debut was in 1936 as part of the Luftwaffe’s Condor Legion during the Spanish Civil War. It was specifically designed for a vertical bomb run, or “dive-bombing”. The JU87B model was the most widely used of the Stuka’s and the first saw service during the 1939 Polish campaign. In May 1940, it successfully lead the German invasion of France and continued spread through Europe as the German forces advanced.

The kit features the “Laser Cut precision balsa wood parts” for quick builds and is well suited for rubber powered flights.

Tools and accessories required & recommended (not included in kit):

  • adhesives (model airplane cement, white glue, or CA super glue) for model frame construction and white glue for tissue covering, clear acrylic spray for a protective finish

  • Model building tools and accessories such as work board, common pins, sandpaper, X-Acto knife, paint.
